Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or postponement of an appointment. Any cancellation, postponement, or no-show within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full appointment fee, including applicable taxes, regardless of the reason. For appointments booked with a gift card, the gift card will be considered redeemed.
